     pig farms are awful. I remember seeing multiple dead cows and pigs in the shit pits too. so strange to me as a kid.

     @fikran @feld Used to be meat was a luxury or only eaten on special occasions. We should go back to that for the sake of our planet and our cholesterol.

     modern animal farming is pretty gross overall
     I'm not against eating meat, but the way its done nowadays is VERY different from back in the day. I try to only buy from certain sources.
     Yes, meat is more expensive and you eat less of it. But that's not necessarily a bad thing.
