     @CSB how does that stop people from buying heat pumps to heat their house. It just doesn't force them to against their will.

     @ned @CSB why no insulation or even draft containment in UK? Bc of the climate. Look it up their weather is a mess, but never too hot or too cold.
     Next reason empire and coal. Right when coal really went out of fashion natgas and later oil mase it all very cheap.
     Ofc the guys up North in Skandinavia have a different attitude to heating in general and adapt what works better for them. Norway exports electricity to UK bc they have too much (!) of it.
