     I think a lot of companies have DEI departments now to avoid potential liability when diversity hires file suit for wrongful termination or whatever, but they also sort of act as a cancer that spreads within the company affecting other parts of it.

     @Binkle that's still probably not as bad as America. It's weird because there are many other countries with draconian laws but as far as culture goes I can't name any that as as extreme far left as US corporate culture
