To the sites that limit password length: what the fuck are you thinking? If you're storing the passwords as hashes (which you'd fucking better be, or I will find you) why the hell does it matter to you if the password is 16 or 1600 characters? What, your shitty code made by an unpaid intern that you're overworking in your endless crusade for more and more profits can't handle that many? Well, fuck you! I don't give a shit! There is absolutely no excuse for forcing terrible security on your users, who your irresponsable ass probably blames when a data breach occurs and all of the passwords are cracked in 15 minutes.
