   Almost nobody in the USA has an ERVs/HRV, so simply running your AC is not going to "exchange the air"
   
   I installed one in my condo before COVID specifically because of WFH and co2 accumulation and it helped tremendously during COVID (never got sick the entire time I lived there)
   
   We need updated building codes for this ASAP. And also because it fixes the "help help our walls are rotting from humidity buildup" problem that the idiotic airtight building codes of the 90s caused
