Not sure when you checked in on K-9 Mail last, but it's going through a big update process on its way to becoming Thunderbird for Android.

  I'm still searching for a good #email app for #android. I'm speaking of #MaterialUI3, #MaterialYou, #OpenSource and secure.
  Like.. yeah, K9Mail, EasyEmail exist. But.. those look really dated.
  While #gmail (what I use at the moment) just doesn't give me notifications for my #IMAP mail addresses on an custom mail server (netcup) at all...
  I've also used #outlook on my old phone, but that just got worse. Also it doesn't want to add my mail addresses..
