     The railing prevents big, dangerous chunks of snow to fall from the roof during winter.

     @edendestroyer The kids are playing on the yard below and over the years one wayward ball after another has made its way up there ant not come down.

     @clacke @Lost_World im sorry for the tone of the questions. I misinterpreted it as a hostile architecture. theres a whole thing in my country where kids are hated by boomers for playing cricket and whatnot
