We just found out that a relative of ours also has #LongCOVID. She never contacted me, who has been very open about having it.

Instead she went to the Long COVID polyclinic where she was never informed that:

- she is highly susceptible to re-infections with COVID and other viruses.
- re-infections with COVID in 80% of cases lead to a worsening of existing symptoms.

I am flabbergasted. I mean, this is such basic information, that could have strong repercussions on the way she assesses her risk and safety scenario. As well as that of her circle of trust.

She has a diagnosis for ME/CFS, but keeps working, albeit slightly reduced hours, seeing clients, mask-less, traveling etc. etc.

This is madness. Not even the Long COVID clinic properly informs people in this shite country.
