@rationaldoge My kid’s school just had a mandatory school assembly sponsored by the Minnesota Corn Growers that was just straight up corn propaganda. Amazing how these things make it into the schools!

@inthehands When I was a kid in elementary school in America's Dairyland, we enjoyed a half-pint of whole milk each and every day, separate from what was offered with school lunch. It was delivered in those heavy-duty wire-frame creamery crates that you see in antique stores today.
That, and the later friendship of farm girls, formed my favorable impression of the ag industry.
