German style meatballs.
Hey guys, not sure why but I would like to share my recipe for German style meatballs.
1. Pork mince, 500 gramm
2. A small onion finely chopped
3. Handful of porridge (edit:my mistake, I meant oats)
4. One large egg
5. Plenty of salt & pepper
6. Maybe some herbs/garlic but not necessarily
500g lean Beef
big fat spicy red onion
Mustard is a must
maybe some chilli
Breadcrumbs
sear covered then they stay juicy
can you see the juice?
