     EPA needs to include efficiency rules for EVs as well as for ICE cars.

     The more you can spread around the minerals love, the faster the transition, and the *speed* of the transition matters, a lot.

     (The best EVs use less than 4oz of lithium. It's an e-bike).

     The ongoing failure of many governments to create regulatory settings for small EVs to thrive ‼️must be addressed.

     This policy failure produces critical resources & minerals implications, fuels a road safety epidemic, and escalates transition costs.
