The person that designed it claimed that self therapy before programming sessions helped them tremendously with the math involved.-

I'm really sceptical about this "trend" (I know it's not a new thing but it gains popularity again)... in my opinion "psychedelics" and work-related phrases do not belong in the same sentence. Work has the potential to put so much pressure on people and any psycho-active drug (including even caffeine) can have a disastrous effects under pressure. -
