      　デジタル化の時代、政策議論を行ううえで、もはや審議会のような古い形態だけに頼ってはいられません。実際、海外ではデジタル民主主義向けのプラットフォームを活用していて、これらはDPPP（Digital Platform for Public Participation）などと呼ばれています。例えば、バルセロナ市などが使っていたDecidimは、日本では加古川市が最初に導入して利用されています（加古川市のサイトはこちら。Higashi氏がその活用例を詳しく報告）。また、台湾では、あの有名なオードリー・タン氏らがvTaiwanで政策議論を行うなかで、いくつかのプラットフォームを使っています（
