     @nekofag @grumbulon @Shyle @sam My French is pretty bad but here’s a rough translation. The thing at the top doesn’t make sense to me, “pas l(ao)in de la plaque” doesn’t make sense to me, I suspect it’s an idiom that I haven’t learned yet.

     On the fourth panel, the dog says “I am the optichien” and then “read the bottom line.” “Optichien” is a pun in french,

     “Chien” = dog (the ch is pronounced like “sh” in English) Opticien = eye doctor So combined, the word is “Optichien.”
