     @Piss_Ant raised bed at one end. Some can't sleep flat due to [conditions], so have to have the bed head raised above the foot, whereas sitting is obvs bent in the middle, but raised is a whole body tilt, head higher than feet but still laying down.

     @xzy45 @Piss_Ant Yeah, I know someone with chronic acid reflux who got a bed with an adjustable base and now she sleeps raised up and has much better sleep.
