   …and as I’ve mentioned before: if you mix portrait and landscape in a multiple image post you get ugly black bars around some images #pixelfed

     I’ve been having a bit of a play with #pixelfed recently (I’m witewulf@pixelfed.social).

     I’ve noticed that posting multiple images at once doesn’t get your photos noticed as much, as scrolling through you only see the first image posted, not a mosaic as you do on mastodon.

     I often pick a few best shots from a session/event and post them together, but it’s hard to pick the best one for the “key” image, and I feel others are getting missed.

     I’ll move to posting individual images from now on
