     The senate cannot establish ethics rules for SCOTUS. It would require a constitutional amendment. They can't even impeach. That must originate in the house.

     Yeah... they seem to havr lost the memo on that... ha! Not surprising, when these days there was a "Constitutional right" to abortion.

     Wouldn't it be great to force all of Congress to take a Constitution course, and if they got an F at the end of the course, they're removed?

     Yeah. The most cited case, Marbury v. Madison, had an undiscussed ethics issue. Justice John Marshall was the person who failed to deliver Marbury's commission while he was secretary of state. He still decided the case despite his prior involvement in the underlying grievance. Simply put, SCOTUS Justices do not have to recuse for any reason, and the only recourse for their acts is the impeachment process.
