   Been focusing on trying to stick to my calorie limit even if I exercise a lot, because otherwise as soon as I stop exercising (e.g. in the winter if Vancouver floods), I will gain weight. That has meant a much bigger calorie deficit than I was doing in recent months, so I think that's why I've seen such good results the last few weeks :blobhappy:
