   spent my entire evening fiddling with Gradle and linking java but i have decided that everything Java is a mess beyond repair and I couldn't get this game to build

     @nekofag When it comes to trying to use Java, all the build systems are complete garbage and don't work.
     
     Last time I had to write Java, I was forced to write a makefile and figure out what braindead flags and libraries needed to be passed to icedtea's javac and java and finally things started to work half the time.
