   Most people don't care if you're transgender or non-binary. They care about who you are, not what you are. Remember that Republicans are a dying breed. The fascists, the white supremacists, the Christian nationalists— they're all completely outnumbered by every day folks who reject prejudice and discrimination. We will annihilate their hate and leave zero ideological space left for them. I know times are fucking insanely tough right now. But this far-right movement is destined to implode and its followers will eat each other alive (their leaders already are). Fascism is an ouroboros. Let's hold out and fight. We've still got a lot more work to do.

     @VPS_Reports As a trans girl from Nebraska, I can say most folks really don't care or notice I'm trans (though I do have passing privilege and avoid making myself as visibly queer). And a lot of people didn't realize how extreme the stuff being proposed is and voice a willingness to act to stop it when I explain there. There is a lot more diversity of views in red states than people realize and we need to leverage those opportunities to build safety and equity for our people
