     @ehashman they did something really weird with this! they applied the Apache 2.0 license to the *binaries*, not to the source

     so unfortunately it's not actually open source; it's just gratis proprietary =\

     @technomancy what on earth does an apache licensed binary even mean in practice? I can't think of any precedent
