   @jmakesart I think the kind of “woke” and “progressive” many of us are familiar with (as bad as that is) is taken to a whole new level in deep-blue state K-12.

   I’m in my forties and I’ve been around all kinds of people (including a conservative grandfather born in the 1910s), and this is the first time I’m hearing, even as a stereotype, that music is only for white people or that racial minorities are less good at it. I actually thought that many black and Asian people were greatly admired for their musical talent.

     @Cousin_Isobel @jmakesart The Asians are waking up to the fact that wokeness is actually anti-Asian as well, if a woke-pointer beats and abuses an Asian, it's OK cause the woke-points of state declare it so. But Asians aren't big on confrontation, as the same traits of dedication and obedience they brought with them, don't lend themselves well to fighting state-sponsored moronism.
