   @catvalente I feel a similar thing could be said about the #sandwich. Or is a #taco a sandwich? And how many people will hate me for even hinting at that possibility?

     I realize this is a VERY stoner thought, and more power to it, but are tacos the perfect food?

     Almost infinitely variable, can be vegetarian or vegan or carnivorous, healthy or indulgent with ease, veggies/protein/carb/spice, crunchy or soft, small or huge, perfect in winter (esp birria) or summer (fish, to my mind), complete without sides but great with, you don’t even need utensils or a plate.

     Man, I don’t think I knew how much I like tacos before right now.

     I mean you say Taco Tuesday but I could probably eat tacos every night and feel okay about it.
