   @mishellbaker as someone with a painful disability that in many ways accelerates the normal process of aging, time matters! I was planning on having more years to hike and play sports and it's okay for me to feel sad that my plans have to change

     I feel kind of silly every time I start to feel sorry for myself about dying. It's nothing we don't all have to do at some point. Suck it up, Mishell!
