I just built and (stealth) deployed an entire thing in just over an hour - nothing that I wasn't capable of, but the effort involved in the scaffolding and boilerplate probably would have put me off bothering entirely.
It probably would have been faster if it hadn't been for having to track down really annoying bugs...
