     @mattl My personal site is very crude and simple. I used (wait for it) Microsoft Front Page for the longest time. Microsoft stopped services and updates. For a while I used the free version of BlueGriffon. Oddly, BlueGriffon later disappeared from my hard drive. I am currently using Composer on Seamonkey
