   @alex what might be stifling additional peers? Is there any simple way to seed it? I expect this to be more of an exit node than anything else, it costs the same either way.

     For whatever reason my new host isn't federating with as many peers as the last one has. Bandwidth should be similar and it has plenty of resources. Any way to give it a kick?
