   KeePassXC is good. Just make sure you use a seperate database if you're real hardcore with the security stuff.

     everybody should move away from SMS based 2FA wherever possible. if you can you should utilize TOTP via Aegis/FreeOTP+/AndOTP/ or there exist linux clients.

     I recommend against using Google Authenticator namely because it's not open source but also because Google is hard to trust.
