   We just had the annual meeting of @acc and I got reminded that this instance will, eventually, need to go down, meaning I'll lose all my posts, or at least all interactions with them, which is going to hurt quite a bit, honestly.

   Not that I post Bangers(tm) that often, but still, I do have some convos and posts that I occasionally return to, and that keep getting favs and boosts now and then.

     @meduz I think I can migrate everything that's local and pointing outwards (though hopefully without giving thousands of duplicate notifications to everyone else), but since we're losing the domain _everyone else pointing inwards_ is going to be pointing into the void.

     @pettter @acc If you migrate your account, does it also migrate your history and “favorite” messages? ?
