     @blobfrog I mean physical+anonymous, yes. Controlled digital lending is liberty-denying. eBooks should be DRM-free.

     For borrowing books, a deposit system would work better.
     And for using a computer, just don't collect any info and lock it down heavily for security.

     Doubt, but university libraries pay a ton of money for access to those systems anyway.
