     Because that means the app has already that feature enabled. For the chart, it's not yet available.

     - Why "Settings > Notifications >
     Ignore battery optimizations" is not available to me?

     and

     - Why can't I see that graphic?

     cleared cache, cleared data, forced closed, reregistered
     
     seems ok now

     I think it doesn't appear when you already has the battery optimizations disabled for fedilab

     Sorry, didn't get what you mean.
     I've been using the Automatic Home Cache feature since it was released. Now (as I can read) there's a new feature in which if I go to settings and notifications I should run into a choice to activate "ignore battery optimizations" (that I can't see anywhere in there).
     Now I cannot understand your answer.
