   @82341f882b6eabcd2ba7f1ef90aad961cf074af15b9ef44a09f9d2a8fbfbe6a2 There was someone trying to create a proof-of-concept code-hosting platform atop SafeNetwork, but I think they gave up. I don't know whether it was supposed to be permissionless, though.
   
   You might suggest that bounty pursuers consider using something like IPFS as a back-end, as they've likely already solved some of the problems the project will face.
