   Really good segment to open #SmackDown tonight with Roman Reigns and Cody Rhodes face to face for the first time. It sort of had to be considering the wait for it, but it didn't disappoint.

     Agreed, but also the way the TV audience tends to decrease as SmackDown (and all weekly wrestling shows, honestly) goes on, might as well put them out there first.

     @nicktylwalk Surprised they opened with it but it’s cause the crowds since Canada have been terrible.

     @JackElephant Yep that's a solid point, though I also thought Cody said that slightly in a "I see what you're doing but it's not going to work" fashion, maybe not meaning every word he said back.

     @nicktylwalk The thing that makes this angle weird for me is that this whole time I've been rooting for Cody to win the title and honor his dad. That was compelling enough.

     But then Cody validates the idea that that his dad didn't respect his wrestling career, so now he needs to win the title... to prove his dad wrong? Just seems like a weird next step from where we started.
