     I think the cope will be that he would tell people to do this stuff ANYWAY so they are just doing the "will of the people" and getting stuff done. Much like with Biden, he is just a puppet while the machine does it's thing anyway.

     I agree. I think his mind is too far gone. He should be sleeping in a retirement home somewhere, not in the Oval Office. But his wife chose the path of elder abuse, instead, so here we are.
