  @accidentalciso I have known about these in Word for a while but haven’t pulled the trigger on actually learning to use them. Are they really that great?

  @horse They are going to save me quite a bit of time when I'm trying to coordinate podcast episodes. Every episode, I have to send out the same set of emails to the guest-host and callers - over and over and over because they are different every episode... ??
