   Apparently there is now a genuine "Mastodon For Dummies" book:

   It's a real physical book, it's in bookshops and libraries! Depending on where you live, it's out now or out this week.

   I haven't read it (yet) but the index seems promising and they even cover non-Mastodon Fediverse platforms including lesser known ones like @inventaire

     p.s. I know not everyone likes these kinds of books, but they have their niche and if they can help a wider range of people onto the Fediverse then it's a great thing ?

     @feditips @inventaire @technomancy PSA: WorldCat library search for "Mastodon for Dummies" https://www.worldcat.org/search?q=Mastodon+for+dummies&itemType=book
     Maybe there's a library or ebook copy available near you, or via interlibrary loan. Save money, see if it's worth buying, then maybe buy and later donate your copy to a local Little Free Library or similar... ✌️
