     @Stererence when I played that as a kid the emulator CD my uncle gave me only had it in japanese so I have 0 clue what was happening the whole time I was just shooting shit and beat the game

     @grumbulon the japanese version has hit points for some reason the english versions have no hit points its a hard video game i never ended up beating it last time i got into it a bit

     @Stererence yeah also the 30 lives cheat worked in the japanese version for me -- did you ever play the game I forgot the name it was like contra but the guy had a robot arm that he could shoot his hand out of it was a beat em up

     @grumbulon i never played that one but it looks insane, theres a lot of weird arcade beat em ups i remember playing through like 20 of them with a friend once it was a funny time

     @grumbulon i played it a bit recently, i like the pixel art and the music but the gameplay isnt as good as street of rage remake and that game has ruined my autism for beat em ups (its very good) but yeah its pretty cool mostly they did a se quel recently too

     @Stererence yeah the novelty was that it was cute and the music was good but the gameplay was a little lacking, I have the metal slug autism in my brain I wanna play metal slug
