     @MousyAesthete Valid. Though I'm sure you know all too well that having an M marker while being visibly femme is also a pretty gnarly state of affairs.

     @MousyAesthete Oh, interesting! I was just this week going back to contemplating my passport marker change, since it's self-ID. I had no idea they'd accept a passport marker at the GA DDS without further discussion

     @roadriverrail I updated my US passport first, which I did through the mail and was just like updating a passport without a gender change. Then I took it to the South Dekalb DDS where I didn't have any issues. I had to wait maybe a half hour for my turn and it cost $10. I had already changed my name a couple months ago

     @roadriverrail there supposed to, and it seems like people generally don't have problems in town. I'm not sure if an X would get you very far though

     @MousyAesthete Oh, I definitely didn't expect an X-mark on a passport to work at the GA DDS. I guess I was just surprised they weren't total blowhards that expected a birth certificate or something.
