     @verita84 Outright repealing it would be bad.

     There was some Texas legislation where you’re only compelled to protect speech if you have 10M users or something. It might have even been 100M.

     Anyway it’s important they define what a “platform” is.

     @alex @verita84 You know these Boomers will make every wrong decision here.
     
     They still refer to the microphone as "the machine," and have a "Davenport, Ottoman, and Chesterfield" located somewhere in their house that nobody has deciphered the whereabouts of, even to this day.
     
     Their definition will no doubt fuck everyone in the worst ways, and they'll pat themselves on the back with another pay raise via tax increase at the end of it all.

     @alex @verita84 What exactly "users" means. Accounts, real people or something else. Regards of the option it would still be difficult to get the actual number of people because it's unlikely they would like to comply in any capacity.
