   in order to get an account on xnfm you need to pass a series of interviews, the first being a screening interview lasting about 30 minutes, then a technical interview in which you'll need to demonstrate knowledge of algorithms, then an interview with the development team, an interview with the team lead, and finally if you make it this far you'll be given our decision. this all happens over the course of a single day

     @nyx Are you the manager? After a grueling interview process I was finally rejected from social.xenofem.me for "not being a good culture fit". I believe this was due to my sexual orientation and gender identity (I am a cishet penised individual) and I am considering pursuing legal action if I cannot get remediation.
