It's hard for me to figure out what bothers me most about Florida Gov. DeSantis demanding health records of trans students from Florida universities:

- The political targeting of trans people as a culture war issue
- The fact that half the state universities have given records without a fight
- That this bigot is likely to be the Republican nominee for President
