     Yep. Used this approach when I started out with Masto last November. Three domains and God knows how many DO droplets destroyed and created.

     So because Alex has a ‘reputation’ ? I first toyed with the idea of Pleroma + Mangane, gave it up. Then I tried Akkoma, where the admin once dug up my old comment and quoted it in another. I’m like, “Oh! It’s going to end this way here? Bye.” At this point, I had toyed with the idea of Akkoma + Mangane.

     Read more of Alex’s thoughts and there wasn’t anything ‘wrong’ with the word being spread about him. So, here I am - with Rebased + Soapbox.

     If you want to reach my level of expertise (completely brain dead), just break your project over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over again while people count on you to not break it, then become an alcoholic because you are a miserable failure and then spend too much time in front of a screen.
     
     Also take on a large project with zero (none) experience in any of the languages that the project is written in.

     @msilvya you'll find that a lot of devs working on Fediverse projects have issues with Alexs beliefs and opinions. You'll also find that those same beliefs and opinions are far more sane compared to those of the people who have problems with him. Also (based on my experience alone) Alex is always quick to answer any question or try to help solve any issues you may have.
