   It seems like it currently shows as "New Followers" notification, with the "New follower" being the old account (the one that is migratong), but without the person actually following you
   
   Maybe the notification is an Akkoma thing

     my bad, may have overcomplicated it while trying to explain
     
     I should have just sent this
     
     In Akkoma, when someone you follow migrates to another instance you get a "migrated to" notification, which on Fedilab becomes a "New Follower" one
     
     And the said "new follower" is the account being migrated from
