     Exactly. Intersex people can be identified via genetic testing. The same cannot be said for transgender individuals.

     Is your suggestion here that a failure to properly match potentially contaminated evidence from a crime scene is as likely as a failure to properly examine a sterile sample from a non-combative donor?

     That is certainly something we should look deeper into because I don't have any sources for data on that
     
     but also you should take this diagram into consideration in regards to the whole "genders can't be scientifically identified, only sex can" idea

     Thanks, please note DSD != intersex. The most common DSD condition which makes up nearly 90% of cases - late onset adrenal hyperplasia - results in fertile adults. Fully fertile in males and reduced fertility in females that can be successfully managed.

     nope, even in a non-contaminated instance you can get a "match" for someone who has never set foot on the same continent
     
     Our DNA testing tech is really really bad. This type of DNA testing is not the same as doing full sequencing. If we could do that for every test we could have a pretty reliable method to use, but we don't because it's so expensive and slow to do

     OK so is it so poor that it cannot correctly identify Chromosomes found in every cell in the body?
