   Well I've cut one open and it looks a little doughy inside. I'll have a taste when it cools off a bit. Looks ok on the outside though.

     Batch of #bread in current (domestic) oven before switching to the commercial oven. First attempt at a #SourDough using my own starter (yay!) but I had a little accident sliding it on to the stone and it got a bit squished. Now waiting to see if it bounces back.
