I commit coffee crimes on the daily. Yesterday I reheated 2 day old brew. I buy the cheapest ground up beans Walmart sells.
Today I will brew a fresh pot.

@miah Eh, I've heard of worse. My partner's publisher in London filters his coffee with the kind of wire strainer you'd use for pasta (and smirks as he calls his coffee "gritty"), and he frequently brews multiple cups from the same spent grounds.
@miah I have one, too. I promise you this guy's is not like those. It...it isn't fine enough to strain his coffee grounds.
@roadriverrail my coffee pot has a metal reusable strainer!
@miah Sort of. There are methods for keeping cowboy coffee smooth. Like keeping the grounds coarse, using a splash of cold water to make the grounds fall to the bottom so you don't pour them in the cup, etc. Or just using a bandanna as the filter. This is all next level, as if making terrifying coffee is an art project to him.
@roadriverrail So he has cowboy coffee on the daily?
