@alex Has this got to do with the latest Soapbox build? I don’t recall changing my personal settings but all post drafts are now by default showing the Sensitive content. Clicking Remove sensitive also does nothing. This behaviour is on my site and confirmed with Gleasonator too.
Go to the “network” tab. Refresh the page. In the search box, type “verify” and click the request that says “verify_credentials”
You should see the request and response. In the same area, go to the “preview” tab to see the json of your account. Screenshot or copy/paste it, ensuring you remove any sensitive info such as your email address and anything that looks like a unique token.
@graf@alex I installed Tusky on a whim the other day but there aren’t any additional settings I made to the app. I thought it was only my site but came to Gleasonator to double check and it was the same case here. No, never used Tusky to log on to Gleasonator.
@alex@msilvya you can force set your posts in other FEs and it crosses over afaik. I can set it in pl.poa.st and it carries to husky so I assume soapbox is the same
@alex@graf The RAW JSON file was too long to paste so sharing as attachment. Removed only my email. Content of the JSON file copied from the attached screenshot.
Have you modified the source code of the frontend in any way? Any errors in your JS console? Any browser extensions? Does it work in a different browser?
@msilvya@graf I was curious why it does that, so I looked at the code, and this is what I saw. It’s recommended to not install browser extensions unless you can find the original source code.
