     @worldoffizz If you can find a place that sells bread flour in 25 to 50 pound bags I highly recommend it. The price drops a lot the more weight you buy. Earlier last year I bought a 50 pound bag for $17. Lasted me all year. You just have to keep it in a cool dark place. I put mine in a rolling container meant to hold dog food. Works great.

     @Mrfunkedude I'll keep that in mind. I just keep my flour in a kitchen cabinet with my other dry goods.
