Feds got my Google data now, nothing I've sent or posted has violated the law. They're still poking around.

Oh I'm sure they have plenty of accounts lurking around all over the place, prodding at people trying to get the responses they want. I don't doubt that for a fucking second.
Just remember the magic words "... In Minecraft".

If they even have an account here they're most likely not gonna post anything, they'll just lurk and collect data. If they even have an account that is.

Which chudbuds account do you think is them?

They wanted to know if I was in DC during January 6th. I wasn't I was here in Colorado and they can check flight records to prove it. Not only that but they can cross reference bank statements as well.

The fediverse is a grouping of all the fuckers driven away from corporate social media, which they already harvest tons of data from, I wouldn't be so sure this place wouldn't interest them. Especially the types they're trying to label as 'muh domestic terrorists'. Even if it's just databasing potential blackmail or to get enough to pursue future investigations.
I guess I might just be paranoid.

I'm aware that they do that, I'm not ignorant about that. I just don't think this place would be all that interesting to them. I'm sure one of the users on here would talk about someone trying to prod them into committing illegal activity.

Yes, if someone is asking you online to do something illegal they probably a fucking FED.

Sir, if an agent has shown up at your door and they are now presumably requesting your Google data, you should be contacting a lawyer. When you do they will tell you to stop posting the details of federal agents obviously investigating you on social media. I can't tell you what to do but I would highly recommend not blasting all of this online until you talk to a lawyer and protect your interests.

He's probably right tbh, the less you talk the better. And a lawyer might be able to convince your mum to not have any more chats about you with the nice FBI ladies as a bonus. Crowdfund it if that's what's stopping you, it seems bad enough already that you could probably do with proper legal counsel.

We've already talked about this, we're not hiring a lawyer unless I get arrested.

He's probably fine yeah, unless there's something he's forgotten about. The court order preventing the notice could've been from when they went to chat with his mum, it's not necessarily a sign they have enough for further investigation or anything. Can't hurt to be safe though imo, at least set up a crowd funder ready to go and show your mum how to launch it if shit does hit the fan.

Buddy, pal. you need to 1.) STFU about this. Demons are looking into you and you need to be preparing.
2.) You need to talk to an attorney. It shouldn't bankrupt you to have one or two meetings with an attorney.
TLDR: STFU and call an attorney.

This is literally nothing a consultation with a lawyer could do but be helpful in this case. Either the lawyer says there is nothing to worry about, looks into the situation and requests info on the investigation and then says its only background or warns of a problem before it happens.

Yeah the family now agrees that I should probably get a lawyer. Like you said my lawyer will look into it and if it's nothing he'll let me know, and if there's a problem he'll let me know and deal with the FBI on my behalf.

Exactly. I would really recommend not discussing anything on social media till you talk to a lawyer dude. It not only motivates an investigation, but could lead them to investigating other people you might be tied with.
