   Welcome! Here are some tips.

   First, fill out your profile and add a pic. Use hashtags to describe yourself.

   Second, create an #introducion post, and tell us a little about yourself and your interests. Pin it to your profile.

   Next, find people to follow by engaging with the local/federated timelines and by searching for relevant hashtags.

   Lastly if you can keep in mind that Mastodon is not Twitter and it’s not trying to be, you'll have an easier time.

     @Mrfunkedude When I came two best tips I got were 1. Start following people and 2. You can follow hashtags . Those have made my #Mastodon transition wonderful #TwitterMigration
